Life at RTG

Flexible Hours

 

While regular office hours are 10am to 7pm, flexible hours can be arranged with your manager for optimum creativity and convenience.

RTG Holidays

 

Work life balance is important to us here at RTG. In addition to the standard sanctioned holidays, when there are work days moved to the weekend, we encourage our team to work from home, and switch days are available for those who pull overtime.

Leadership Lunches

 

Our CEO regularly holds small monthly leadership lunches with members from across the entire RTG team. All aimed at sharing our vision of betterment and promoting company-wide communication.

Happy Hours

 

Birthday celebrations, employee announcements or Mario Kart competitions are just a few of the activities that you will encounter during our RTG Happy Hours in our fully stocked Moet Hennessy bar.

Team Building

 

We plan regular team building activities and outings for our employees. Jump360, go-karting, and cycling fitness classes are just a few of our past events, and we’re always open to suggestions!

Inspire Interview

RTG INSPIRE: We deliver interactive marketing experiences focused on conversion.

At INSPIRE, we never underestimate the beauty of originality and innovation, and are focused on creating inspirational, engaging, and meaningful marketing that drives long lasting relationships.

Interviewer: HR

Period: 10 to 15 minutes

Content: Nationality/Expectations/Salary/Current Status

 

  • THE SECOND ROUND

 

We want to learn more about your background and personal experiences to see how you might fit in at RTG Inspire division. We’d like to hear about your experience of leading and making an impact in PR/IC/Digital/Social Media field.

 

Interviewer: SAE/AM/SAM

Period: 30 to 45 minutes

Content: The written case interview is a natural extension of the second round interview for INSPIRE Division, In the written case interview, you will receive the key questions, facts about the case and some time to prepare before you meet with your interviewer.

 

  • THE THRID ROUND

 

This is your chance to ask questions about working at RTG, including your interviewer’s personal experiences. Come prepared. Our leaders will evaluate your ability to listen and communicate effectively, and whether you present yourself positively and persuasively. 

 

Interviewer: AD/GAD/Head of Inspire division

Period: 30 to 45 minutes

Content: We value intellectual curiosity and creative thinking.

 

Solutions Interview

RTG SOLUTIONS: We craft strategy and creative consulting that ensure brand resonance across all touch points.

At SOLUTIONS, we don’t just blindly follow traditional “best practices”. We focus on finding the right solutions, accounting for both speed and effectiveness.

  • THE SECOND ROUND

 

The second round is typically an interview between you and this team’s Consultant or Senior Consultant, who wants to learn more about your background in creative brand consulting and personal experiences which can help them recommend you better to our CSO.

 

Interviewer: Consultant/Senior Consultant

Period: 30 to 45 minutes

 

  • THE THRID ROUND

 

Our CSO will evaluate your ability to listen and communicate effectively, and whether you present yourself positively and persuasively. 

 

Interviewer: CSO

Period: 30 to 45 minutes

Content: We value intellectual curiosity and creative thinking.

 

Intuition Interview

RTG INTUITION: We utilize consumer research and analytics to deeply understand consumer perception.

At Intuition, we help brands decrypt and anticipate their market through deep insights and key trends that are both accessible and actionable.

Interviewer: Head of Intuition

Period: 30 to 45 minutes

 

Interns

We regularly recruit interns for our three divisions and internal, corporate teams who are enthusiastic and tenacious about solving puzzles. Our interns always inspire our cultural activities, like happy hour and classic team building. In short, The interns not only have a great development environment for their work, but also are provided with opportunities to creating change.
