THE ANALYSIS
We curated a comprehensive trend report in order to spark ideas on how tomorrow’s global macro trends will shape hospitality specifically. The report analyzed emerging signs of change across multiple touchpoints in society juxtaposed with in-depth conversations with hospitality experts as well as high frequency executive travelers. This is all then translated it into a concrete business model, design direction, and consumer experience shared with the developer’s design, operations teams, and sales/marketing leaders.
