The property was built in the 1920s and has a rich history as an international place for artists and diplomats.
We projected an excess 15% IRR return after our locational and financial analysis.
Leveraging off our networks and government relationships, we acquired the building on a long lease at our desired price.
We undertook the design and refurbishment works and leased out to tenants that were in line with our unique experiential concept offering, and self-operated an area as an experiential event space.
We exited by selling off the lease.
