CreaTech: The Convergence of the Creativity and Technology
Earlier last week, RTG Consulting Group joined the seventh annual China Connect Conference in Paris, where experts in technology, retail, and digital marketing met to “crack the code” of Chinese consumers. Traditionally, the “creative” process is mostly an intuitive endeavor based on instinct and experience. But in a world where [behavioral] data is now becoming increasingly accessible and smarter, what does that mean for the future of brands? Angelito Tan and Marc Arnold’s keynote speech, sought to spark a conversation and inspire a new paradigm for tackling the creative process; what they refer to as ‘CreaTech’.

Chiara Ferragni’s Shibuya CandyStreet
Adding a vibrant mark to Tokyo’s bustling streets of Shibuya, Chiara Ferragni showcased their new Japanese-styled Autumn and Winter series – CandyStreet, at a presentation in Milan last month. With pink and signatures of baby blue being the core tones, the collection takes us to the maze of pink penny arcades, noises, lights and colors of Japan’s Shibuya district. Adorned with bows and pearls, the series reinforces Chiara Ferragni’s spirit of fun, and embraces it with a street / contemporary vibe.
The presentation was also attended by actress Song Yi.  
Ermenegildo Zegna 2017 Global Campaign – Defining Moments
Last month, under the authorship of Gildo Zegna and Alessandro Sartori, Ermenegildo Zegna revealed their new SS17 global campaign in New York and Milan, starring Robert De Niro and McCaul Lombardi. It is a brand-new statement for Ermenegildo Zegna entitled Defining Moments, which marks their new direction of expression and passion at the heart.
The stars of the global campaign brought with them their expertise and opinions, through the discovery of affinity and mutual learning in conversation. It is the start of many more conversations held under the Defining Moments banner, and the second part will be rolled out in China at the end of this month. Every story begins with a moment, and Ermenegildo Zegna seeks to encourage others to share their own unique stories, to lead and to inspire.

A Journey Through Time with LOUIS XIII

After unveiling their new TIME COLLECTION in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou last week, LOUIS XIII launched a new series of unique and limited editions, showcasing milestones in the History of LOUIS XIII. With the first release “The Origin – 1874”, the special edition returns to the design of the very first decanters used 142 years ago. It is an invitation to take a journey through history, and a journey to “conquer time”.

“The Origin – 1874” will be available globally at selected fine wine and spirits merchants and in the LOUIS XIII boutique in Beijing.
