Ermenegildo Zegna Couture at Men's Fashion Week
The Milan Men’s Fashion Week showcases some of the world’s best menswear and trends for the upcoming Fall / Winter season, joined by brands such as Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Ermenegildo Zegna. With a unique concept of "making the act of embellishment a classic", the Ermenegildo Zegna Fall Winter 2016/17 runway drew attention from artists such as Benn Northover and Giacomo Gianniotti. Chinese celebrities LI Chen and WANG Kai were also in attendance.

New World Wine Arises Among Chinese Middle Class
The value of Australian wine exports to China have reached their highest levels in almost 10 years. Plans are afoot for many of these wine brands to capitalize on this strong and growing demand. For instance, Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), Australia’s largest winemaker, has already been working to reposition themselves to make Wolf Blass the top imported wine by sales volume in China in 5 years (click to read about the Wolf Blass’s recent partnership with NBA Greater China). Countries such as New Zealand and Chile are also growing a presence in China, especially among the middle class.

2016 Shanghai International Debutante Ball

Shanghai was more dazzling than ever earlier last month with the arrival of the 5th “Shanghai International Debutante Ball with CHAUMET at the Peninsula.” Together with one of the world’s leading French Jewelry and watch brands, CHAUMET, and luxury cosmetic brand, GUERLAIN, the exquisite event was held at The Peninsula Shanghai with 14 young ladies from around the world making their debut.

A Tribute to the Winemaking Legends of Penfolds
To many people, the Chinese New Year is a day of giving, receiving and sharing. Building the Malls of the Future
Changing consumer tastes and the rise of e-commerce means shoppers are visiting malls less and less in the current consumption environment. To compete with online shopping, malls need to match e-commerce in convenience and create experiential reasons to visit the malls that consumers cannot find online. Some high-end, futuristic malls in China and parts of the US are upgrading technology, hoping to attract customers with “smart” shopping centers.
