Through initiating a holistic approach by integrating online communications with offline activations, the plan we put in place not only generated exceptional brand awareness but helped to sell out key products during the Christmas season. Revenues and social buzz reached new highs when we brought the most popular KOLs to the brand’s boutiques across four different cities to engage with their followers in a series of activities.
